Welcome to TreasureTradex. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, services and partner offers (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting or using the Platform you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

1. About TreasureTradex — Present Status

TreasureTradex is currently an independently operated digital earnings platform that collaborates with multiple banks and third-party apps to list tasks, offers and referral opportunities. TreasureTradex is not a registered bank or regulated financial institution; we act as a technology and referral service that connects users with partner banks and third-party providers.

Through the Platform you may discover offers such as credit cards, bank accounts (zero-balance or premium), demat accounts, loans, investment products and other partner services. These offers are provided by partner institutions; TreasureTradex lists and facilitates access to such offers and may earn referral commission. Any product-specific terms, eligibility and final approvals are decided by the partner institution.

2. Services Offered

• Task-based earning opportunities linked to partner offers (e.g. open account, complete KYC, download partner app).
• Job listings and training programs — free job tasks and premium, training-backed placements.
• Referral and partner programs where referral links or codes can generate recurring commissions.
• Educational content, tutorials and app-links for additional earning tools.

3. Jobs & Job Models

We provide two broad job models:

• Free Jobs. No application fee. Payment is task-based — you earn according to completed tasks and their accepted quality. There is no guaranteed monthly salary for free jobs.
• Premium Jobs & Premium+ Program. These are structured, skill-based placements. A training or program fee may be charged (where applicable) before placement. After successful training and placement, eligible candidates receive monthly salary packages and placement support. Premium placement is conditional on completing training and passing required assessments.

Important rules for premium jobs: If you do not complete training or fail to meet skill requirements, TreasureTradex is not responsible for non-placement. Premium placement guarantees depend on your successful completion of training, compliance with the program and partner requirements.

4. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, truthful information during registration and while performing offers.
• Age limits, eligibility and requirements vary per offer (e.g., job age range, KYC age rules). Where stated, you must meet the required age or eligibility criteria.
• Do not create multiple accounts or engage in fraudulent activity to manipulate rewards. Attempted abuse will result in suspension and forfeiture of payouts.
• You are solely responsible for documents, bank details, and content you upload. If your submitted documents or actions cause problems with partner payouts, TreasureTradex will not be held liable.

5. Rewards, Commissions & Payment Process

Reward amounts (e.g., up to ₹7k for credit cards, up to ₹5k for bank accounts, up to ₹25k for premium accounts) are indicative. Final reward eligibility requires successful completion and partner confirmation. All payouts are subject to verification and partner reconciliation.

6. Withdrawal Rules & Limits

To ensure fair use and compliance, withdrawals from TreasureTradex are governed by these rules:

• Typical processing period: 72–92 hours from withdrawal request to account credit (subject to partner processing times).
• You may request withdrawals up to two (2) times per week. Repeated or excessive withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined.
• Allowed single withdrawal amounts typically range from ₹700 to ₹50,000 (platform limits; partners may vary).
• Monthly withdrawal cap: withdrawals totaling higher than set thresholds may be restricted. Platform-wide upper limits and anti-fraud checks apply (for example: extremely large or frequent withdrawals may trigger hold or account review).
• Repeated suspicious activity (e.g., multiple rapid withdrawals or attempts to bypass limits) can lead to temporary hold, suspension, or termination of account and reversal of payouts.

7. Taxes & Legal Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own taxes arising from earnings on the Platform. TreasureTradex may provide reports or receipts as required, but tax filing and payment is your responsibility. Platform earnings may be subject to applicable tax withholding, reporting and compliance per local law. As a guideline, users should budget for income taxes and maintain records of payouts.

8. Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks

Refunds depend on partner policies and the nature of the transaction. If a reward or payout is withheld due to partner rejection or verification issues, TreasureTradex will attempt to assist, but final decisions rest with the partner service provider.

• If you dispute a payout, contact support with full details and documentation.
• Unjustified or fraudulent claims may result in penalties, reversal of payouts and account suspension.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not ask customers (or others) to pay extra fees outside of platform payments for tasks or payouts. Any such behavior is strictly prohibited and your account may be suspended.
• Do not use fake screenshots, doctored documents or manipulated evidence to claim rewards. Such acts will result in account termination and legal action where necessary.

10. Partner Products & Independent Partner Rules

Many offers on the Platform are provided by third-party banks and companies. Those partners have their own terms, KYC, credit checks and eligibility. TreasureTradex does not guarantee partner approval — partners retain full discretion to accept or reject applications.

11. Suspension & Termination

TreasureTradex reserves the right to suspend, freeze or terminate user accounts where suspicious activity, fraud, abusive behavior or breach of these Terms is detected. Account actions may include temporary holds on withdrawals or permanent account termination.

12. Liability & Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREASURETRADEX PROVIDES THE PLATFORM "AS IS" AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. TREASURETRADEX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID TO YOU BY US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

13. Notices & Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on the Platform and may notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. How To Use Referral Messages & Copy Templates

The Platform supplies example messages and templates you can copy and send to partners or customers (for referrals). Always ensure the message is used honestly and accurately. Do not impersonate TreasureTradex employees or make false claims.

15. Practical Rules Summary (Short)

• No forcing customers or users to complete offers — participation must be voluntary.
• Do not charge customers unauthorized fees — you are personally responsible if you do.
• Comply with KYC and partner verification — wrong or fake documents may cause payout denial.
• Withdrawal windows: 72–92 hours typical; two withdrawals per week recommended by policy; follow platform caps.
